Launch process

How we launch your brand in Latin America

  1. 01

    Demand-led brand selection

We look for unserved demand: brands shoppers search for but cannot find consistently, plus brands with the potential to create new demand.

  2. 02

    Range and pricing

Country-specific price lists, with landed costs, duties and retailer margins worked out in advance.

  3. 03

    Retailer purchase order

We present the range to specialist, department store and marketplace buyers in each country and secure the purchase orders.

  4. 04

    Launch and grow together

Joint campaigns with the retailer and a 360 plan across listings, advertising, in-store promotion and replenishment, aimed at long-term growth.

Frequently asked questions

Which Latin American countries do you cover?

Beyond Mexico and Brazil, we work across Colombia, Chile, Peru and Ecuador, and we assess other markets in the region case by case.

Can one registration cover several countries?

For cosmetics, the Andean Community recognises a single notification across Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia. Other categories need country filings, which we coordinate with local partners.

Do I need a local company in each country?

No. BVT acts as your vendor and coordinates import and clearance with partners in each country.

How long does a launch take?

We make it as short as possible. Our wide network of contacts, from retail buyers to customs agents, regulatory consultants and logistics providers, lets us run registration, retailer onboarding and shipping in parallel rather than one after another. Working with the best professionals at every step of the process gets your products on shelf sooner.
